Speedy Salmon (Serves 1)

Home alone and want a low effort and nutritious dinner?

This is a quick fix that anyone can do!




  1. Preheat Airfryer/ oven to 180c
  2. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the outermost layers of the stringy stems if desired.
  3. Line baking tray with baking paper and drizzle olive oil on the paper.
  4. Place salmon and trimmed asparagus stalks on the baking paper and drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Air fry for 7-9 minutes or oven bake for 10min.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare your choice of BLÅBAND sauce.  Serve and enjoy!
