Home alone and want a low effort and nutritious dinner?
This is a quick fix that anyone can do!
Ingredients:

- 200g fillet of salmon 6-8 stalks of Asparagus
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- BLÅBAND Classic Lemon & Dill Sauce 3x200ml or BLÅBAND Classic Hollandaise Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat Airfryer/ oven to 180c
- Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the outermost layers of the stringy stems if desired.
- Line baking tray with baking paper and drizzle olive oil on the paper.
- Place salmon and trimmed asparagus stalks on the baking paper and drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes or oven bake for 10min.
- Meanwhile, prepare your choice of BLÅBAND sauce. Serve and enjoy!
