Return & refund policy
Thanks for shopping at Elf & Shelf! We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our range of Scandinavian products we bring in for you. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Elf & Shelf. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Elf & Shelf, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Terms & Conditions.
If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 7 days to request for a refund. Refunds are arranged only for the following conditions and will be made via store credits within 7 working days:
- A wrong product has been delivered, or a product is missing from the delivery
- Product has been delivered in a damaged condition
- Product is expired
All Clearance items are not returnable/ exchangeable/ refundable.
Shipping
Elf & Shelf is not responsible for return shipping costs. Even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
