Suitable for fish and seafood, baked, gilled or breaded! Served with potatoes, pasta and seasonal greens. Tip! Use as sauce in fish gratin.
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Instructions:
- Whisk the contents of the bag into a saucepan with 250ml of milk.
- Bring the sauce to boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan and add 25g of butter. Whisk until the fat is melted. Serve!
