Friday Tacos is a modern tradition in Sweden! Try this tasty variation on that you can quickly and easily whip together.

Ingredients:
4 servings
- 8 pcs soft mini tortillas
- 400g salmon fillet
- 200g KAVLI Shrimp Cheese
- 1 large mango, diced
- Iceberg lettuce
Instructions:
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and warm them in the oven for about 10 minutes. You can also warm the tortillas in a frying pan on low heat.
Cut the salmon into cubes 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm.
Season the salmon with salt & pepper. On medium heat in a non-stick pan, fry the salmon cubes for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Spread KAVLI Shrimp Cheese on half the tortilla and add lettuce, salmon, mango and coriander if you like.
Roll up and enjoy!
