Salmon Tacos

Friday Tacos is a modern tradition in Sweden! Try this  tasty variation on that you can quickly and easily whip together.

  • 8 pcs soft mini tortillas
  • 400g salmon fillet
  • 200g KAVLI Shrimp Cheese
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • Iceberg lettuce



  1. Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and warm them in the oven for about 10 minutes. You can also warm the tortillas in a frying pan on low heat.

  2. Cut the salmon into cubes 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm.

  3. Season the salmon with salt & pepper. On medium heat in a non-stick pan, fry the salmon cubes for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Spread KAVLI Shrimp Cheese on half the tortilla and add lettuce, salmon, mango and coriander if you like.

  5. Roll up and enjoy!
