Salmon in 10 minutes? Yes, it works, but you have to slice it thin. Here, the salmon is part of a hearty pasta dish with crayfish cheese, sweet cherry tomatoes, and crunchy edamame.

Ingredients:
Serves 4
- 400g salmon fillet
- Half a lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp runny honey
- 600g cooked pasta (rigatoni or penne), 1 cup pasta cooking water reserved
- 1 tube KAVLI Crayfish with Dill Cheese
- 2 cups mixed salad
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 ml edamame beans
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Set the oven to 225°C.
Cut the salmon into 0.5 cm thin slices. Marinade with lemon juice, oil and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake the salmon in a single layer on a lined sheet pan in the oven for about 6 minutes.
While the salmon is in the oven, mix cooked pasta with KAVLI Crayfish cheese and loosen with pasta cooking water.
Gently stir in mixed salad, cherry tomatoes and edamame beans.
Top with baked salmon. Season with more salt & pepper if desired and serve with lemon wedges.
