Brie & sundried tomatoes tart

  • 250g ready to cook puff pastry
  • 1 tube KAVLI Cest la Brie
  • 200g sun dried tomatoes
  • 30g pine nuts
  • handful of fresh basil



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place on a sheet pan lined with baking paper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of KAVLI C'est la Brie on the base of the puff pastry and distribute the tomatoes evenly.

  4. Sprinkle over the pine nuts.

  5. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes until the puff pastry has a nice colour.

  6. Remove to cool slighly and garnish with basil leaves.

  7. Portion and serve. This tart is good warm or cold!
