Ingredients:

  • 300g skinless salmon or other firm fish, cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 8 to 10 large peeled shrimps
  • 8 to 10 mussels (or other shellfish of your choice)
  • Half a yellow onion, finely diced
  • Handful of finely diced carrots for colour
  • 2.5 tbsp BONG lobster stock concentrate 
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100ml cream
  • 700ml water
  • Half cup of dill, fronds plucked

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large pan on medium heat, add in butter, diced onions and carrots. Sauté till softened, about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Pour in 700ml water and 2.5tbsp of BONG lobster stock concentrate. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add in all seafood gently, bring to boil, lower heat and cover pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes till seafood is just cooked.
  4. Stir in cream and finally garnish with dill.
