Unexpected guests? Make these impressive snacks in a jiffy!
Ingredients:
- KAVLI Bacon cheese
- Sliced ciabatta or sourdough bread
- Cherry tomatoes
- Thyme sprigs (substitute: dried thyme)
- Salt
Instructions:
- Pre-heat airfryer or oven to 200c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a single layer, cut side up, on the prepared baking try.
- Sprinkle with salt, thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
- Airfry/ bake for approximately 10minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and start to collapse.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread slices or fry them in a little olive oil in a hot pan if desired. A crunchy bread slice makes a better bruschetta!
- When the tomatoes are done, have fun decorating the bread slices with squeezes of KAVLI bacon cheese and baked tomatoes.
