The Chic Bruschetta

Unexpected guests? Make these impressive snacks in a jiffy!


  • KAVLI Bacon cheese
  • Sliced ciabatta or sourdough bread
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Thyme sprigs (substitute: dried thyme)
  • Salt


  1. Pre-heat airfryer or oven to 200c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a single layer, cut side up, on the prepared baking try.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Airfry/ bake for approximately 10minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and start to collapse.
  5. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices or fry them in a little olive oil in a hot pan if desired. A crunchy bread slice makes a better bruschetta!
  6. When the tomatoes are done, have fun decorating the bread slices with squeezes of KAVLI bacon cheese and baked tomatoes.
