Pickled Beetroot Salad

A creative spin on the more well-known Caprese salad, this refreshing salad takes minutes to put together and serves as an elegant starter. 



  1. Drain FELIX pickled beetroot slices, blot off excess brine on a kitchen paper.
  2. Cut beetroot slices in half if desired and arrange in a ring on a serving plate.
  3. Place mozzarella/ burrata ball in the centre of the plate.
  4. Garnish with chopped dill and parsley and chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
